Stressed?? I think so.
Okie...I just said that I won't blog until after the exams but i just had to write this here just in case....
You KNOW you are stressed when:
1) Your adrenaline is in overdrive to prepare your body physically for what we call the 'flight or fight' syndrome. Butironically, it's for a mentally demanding task.
2)When your brain keeps telling you not to get to strung up because there is still time before the exams but you have this really overwhelming cloud of negativity hovering over you: WTF!! SHIT SHIT SHIT WHY DIDN'T I START EARLIER.
3)When relaxation time is that 15 mins bathtime away from books
4)When you set the alarm for 4 a.m. everyday knowing that you CAN'T wake that earlier (mainly cuz you are not that stressed and desperate yet) and but persist in doing so just because it's a security blanket...
Obviously I get some sort of sick sadistic pleasuring from torturing myself into waking up just to slam down the alarm button.
5)When you become prehypertensive. No joking matter. Dizzy whole day. What worries me is that normally I'm have low bp but mine just SOARED...and my heartbeats normally a textbook perfect 70 increased to 85 beats....I didn't even do anything strenous except study.
6)When you feel like your body just feels weird and flighty.
7)When you fall asleep halfway while brushing. This morning I did. While brushing, I laid to rest on my bed. Big mistake. I really conked out....even had time to dream in that half hour of extra sleep.

I need to calm down....meditate and do that 'Omm' shit before i burst a blood vessel.
