I realise that I have weird frens...but maybe that just cuz I'm weird too. But i think one fren of mine just takes the cake...He is none other than mr yuanwei!~

Okie, anyway everything can be traced back to that boring nite when two girls (weiqi and yours truly) had their nightly cyber tete a tete session. They both agreed that there were many good shows to watch. Anyhow, they kinda settled on four and top of the list(mine's to be exact) is Corpse Bride, that delightfully non-mainstream tidbit that Tim Burton has so thoughtfully provided us with.

Anyway, it's kinda sad for just the two of us to watch a movie so I decided to rope in a few more of our buddies...so when Flora came online yesterday, I told her that I wanted to DATE her...ahah act les....=P oh well....she accepted anyway.
So while we were crapping away yesterday, I was just thinking what will happen if i did the same thing on a guy, namely yuanwei. Just cuz he has a tendency to say the 'funniest' (not the larf-til-u-drop sense of the word) things...just ask weiqi...she claims that one conversation she had with turned turned out to be the "weirdest conversation i have with anyone in my nearly 21 years of life".
I can attest to that.

Anyway, the aim was to shock yuanwei into thinking that I'm asking him out on a date (ahaha in the romantic sense). Actually I was planning to do that on msn but he din come online so too bad. The next day(i.e today), I had an 8 am lecture which meant that I had to wake up real early and squeeze on the bus with like the rest of Singapore. So, the point I'm trying to make that I was sleepy bored most of the trip until I remembered what I was supposed to do. If anyone bothered to even watch me, I think he/she would be freaked out cuz my face was plastered with this smirk as I fiddled with my hp.

Sms (from me): Would you mind going on a date?
Then soon, yuanwei replied...wow din know he could wake up so early...prob suffering from same fate as me...8am lectures.
Sms (from yw): With u?
Sms (from me): I ask you of cuz with me la.
Sms (from yw): What time and where
Sms (from me): I was thinking of watching Corpse bride this sat
Sms (from yw): err I not interested in the show. (or something to that effect)

Wahwah! if this was for real means I kena rejected? ahha

Sms (from me): Actually I forgot to tell you something very important. You go with one get two extra*.
*Weiqi and Flora duh.
Guess what that guy reply!~
Sms (from yw): Who are the two who will raise my slight interest.

me: -_-"

Sms (from me): We will up your entertainment factor on sat by 100.
Sms (from yw): Miss, ay I have the luxury of knowing who are joining us?
Anyway, so I spilled the beans that Weiqi and Flora would be joining us. And maybe Weitzer and Xyz.
Sms (from yw): The show doesn't appeal to me. Count me out.
The I go into persuasion mode ahha...

I think this comment is the most DUH....only yuanwei can come up with this:
Sms (from yw): But you guys will still enjoy yourselves right without me, that is unless I'm acting in the movie, and it make me very vital.

erm...okay. he wants to crap I can feng4 pei2 (play along). ahha I think you will think I'm really duh too but remember this is before 8a.m.

After I got off the bus and was walking across the overhead bridge to school I was just done smsing with yw and I was just smiling till my eye kinda disappeared. Ahaha....good way to start your morning. Next time I need entertainment I'll go find him.

So anyway was going to meet xyz for lunch at 12 so went to the canteen around that time. Normally, I'll usually meet yuanwei and flora after lunch as I walk back to my lab but this time it was a reversal. As I was heading towards the canteen, I bumped into whoelse but yuanwei. Hrm dun know where huahua was. Yeah...so I got into my bimbotic mode and just riled him..." Wah...ren jia yue ni, ni ju jie!!" => loosely translates to people ask u out and u rejectz!)

I think I caught him off guard and he was trying to placate me by saying that he'll think about it and reply me on msn...Then I said, "Cannot!! later on msn u sure say dun wanna go again".

Ahha but I soon let him off the hook and made my way to the canteen. Then when I reached the canteen, I recieved an sms from xyz: "Hey...I got last min conference...Cannot meet for lunch le...Haiz"

HUH....so horrible timing...I was lugging a spider book and peiya's notes around to photocopy, meaning that I can't just go order my food cuz I won't be able to carry all my stuff. Besides, the canteen was just SUPER crowded. hate crowds.

So, I ended up in NUS-COOP to photocopied my stuff and to contribute to the stomachs of my hungry labmates. Ahha, I was guilty of being a cookie monster and just eating the stuff some people bought for the lab that I got a bag of cookies to make up. =) ahah Actually, it's to my own benefit too...cuz it's really frustrating not having anything to eat in the lab when you just want something to munch on. (My desk is just next to the unofficial coffee table. Hehheh.)
Anyway, I took quite some time to decide what to buy but while I was almost done paying up, I suddenly realised that there was still tall person next to me who said 'yo' It was xyz. wah....so qiao.

Anyway, this solved my table problem. Besides, it was also 12.30plusplus and there were fewer ppl around. Anyway, while I was eating my chicken rice, this guy (xyz's fren) suddenly popped out of nowwhere and perched himself at our table. It was not exactly that I minded someone but more like how he made himself so comfortable, resting his upper body forwards on the table DIRECTLY in front of me...and BLOCKING MY VIEW. Not that the view in NUS is great but I'd definitely like to see more than just him. I settled for looking down at my suddenly interesting chicken rice.
Sorry xyz if this offends you but erm, frankly I thought that guy quite likes to boast. He's sly about the manner he does this so maybe most ppl would regard it as harmless chitter chatter. Normally i'd regard that as harmless too especially if they have other redeeming factors. The type that I'm talking about is the kind of ppl who would talk about how they think they'd do badly cuz they din study much (and they'd emphasis that they dun study much in the manner that ...ooohhh actually I can't be bothered cuz I'm such a slacker and proud of it...) but actually they did quite well. And they know it's prob better than others but they try to be modest about it and ask ppl how well they did, saying 'oh...you prob did very well.' when they most prob hope not. AHah, okie maybe I'm being mean. But oh well, I'm prob also guilty of this at one point or another so I can't really point my finger at anyone.

Anyway, he blocked my view so I'm not very happy. Ahha.
