It's now 1.18pm on a Sat afternoon and I have my head propped up by my bolster and 1/4 of my upper torso trying to do a balancing act as it tries not to slide of my foldable bed. If u could see me now, I look like a bad impression of superman...not that i have a knickers fetish or anything like that. It's so wrong to wear your undies on the outside...only Christopher Reeves can pull off something like that and looks so man. Wahaha...

Head is reeling from the tons of stuff I wanna blog but obviously have no time to do it all at once and not be late for 3p.m meeting at Orchard with the Gals...is top secret mission...tried to be sly about it (=push the outing til tomorrow after our Badminton game with the Guys...yes! healthy lifestyle here i come again!) when I saw Weiqi (one of the agents on this mission) on msn just now. As it was raining cats and dogs, this total sian mode to slack at home and reread Bridget Jones' Diary 2 for the umpteenth time was overwhelming. (Sigh...story of my life)

Apparently, Weiqi din fall for it and made it seem that the outing had to be today...(could feel myself within inches of her biting my head off. Is miracle how such things travel thru the digital world)

Ouch...my back aches...

sigh...1.40pm...but can't seem to tear myself away from the computer. Finally am chatting with Nic after such a long absence. Can't believe we din go out on a shopping trip even once during the hols....crap...busy gal.

Haha...I messaged her cuz of her nick which so boldly proclaims: "Why can't you be my boyfriend" Wow...talk about wearing your emotions on your sleeves. Haha, besides, have you been to her blog yet? This gal was complaining about her single status...Girl. I feel you.

Very funny characters in this class...damn funny. and Ikeda is super animated and funny too. Love her lessons...so sad...Jap lesson just finished and I don't have time to continue even with part time lessons. What's irking me more is that Melissa and XYZ are still going on...Jealous!! argh 




First n foremost...

THANK YOU CHIA YEE!!!! Omigosh...if it were for you, I'd forgotten about the CORS bidding that just ended at 3pm. For the uninitiated, CORS Bidding systems is just NUS's psychotic way gearing us up for when bidding really matters,which is to say, when I buy my Jaguar...then my Porsche (in this case, it'll be the government's psychotic COE that I'll have to contend with)!!

Oh well, I guess after feeling like crap yesterday, I finally have sorted some things out and am in a much better mood today. I should be able to get all my modules except for one (Cross-fac) during this first round of bidding (1A). Which means that, i wouldn't have to sit around the computer for the next few days until next Monday when Round 2A opens for me to do Cross Faculty bidding. Sounds cheem for those not in NUS?? Well, imagine how traumatic it was for me when I just started Year 1...super blur.

Okay, did some stuff for my sis...she had better thank me...By the way...has anyone heard of a Jap Artiste named MINK?? Apparently, she sang a theme song for a Jap Drama serial that is currently airing in NiHon (Japan =P). I have been to HMV, That CD shop, Sembawang Music, and some other small outlets but can't seem to find her. Maybe Towers would have. If anyone is going there soon, do me a favour!! Help me look out for this CD kk? It's for my sis...One, Two, Three...Awwwwww.

Am feeling kinda lonely, Huiyu is going into MCB, Wendy & Yan BMS and me Bio. Although I do have some friends in Biology, it just won't be the same without them. These people are the best. Without them, I would be hopelessly CMI. Especially last semester when I had the heavy duty UROP project, I would rush to class without my notes or anything and would always have to borrow notes from them to photocopy. Wendy would always remind me about any up coming tests and stuff...Really, thank you guys, 1/4 of my grade belongs to you! What intensified this blue funk I'm currently in now is partly credited to Mr Yan. Just yesterday I think, I finally saw him online after such a long time. He's away in the US for some sort of work attachment exposure...This guy worked near the YEllOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK. Jealousy...He took and posted some amazing pictures of the place on his blog. Apparently, he's having a great time there...he went whitewater rafting, trekking, camping and all sorts of fun stuff that I WANNA do. Oh well, I could have tagged along with his group but thought better of it. Besides, I need to save money to go on a BAGPACKING trip around Europe. Guys...who's interested?? By the way, I'm also planning to go back to Japan again next year. So far, I have 2 takers on that offer...XYZ go start saving kk.

Okie, i got carried away again..as i was saying, yan made me feel even lonelier by saying stupid things like: 'I really enjoyed the last 2 years we shared..' NOT HIS exact words but close enough. Damn depressing...feels like the end of Sec4 all over again. Of all the times to get sentimental....sheesh.

It's gonna be a long year ahead without you guys around me all the time...




So much has happened in so little...my dad just underwent 3 bypasses and a valve operation to replace his leaky one, me now officially, in the spider lab (gonna catch spiders this wed...most prob), I had to wade through horror of horrors...VC's accounts (getting down to serious business...chasing those schools to pay up for tickets to our Feb concert!! Now's July....imagine.), then i had to come come with a proposal for the spider lab, am still struggling with the revised report for my previous lab...Crap...I hate microsoft words....stupid program.

And just look at me...I think you can tell how frazzled my nerves are when my sentences come out as pure gibberish. Am damn frustrated by the report that I have to revise....cuz what's boggin me down is just pure formatting troubles....Please please...anyone come save me...it's so damn irritating and time consuming.

I just am in a sucky mood now...

This was after our trip to the Kowakien Spa Park which was an outdoor hotspring place....Really cool sake soaks, green tea soaks, lavender soaks, rose soaks and even a coffee soak...How about Dead sea soaks....the water was sooo salty that my skin hurt like crazy....Anyway....This was back in the hotel that we stayed in.....it was also near a bowling alley, cinema and indoor UFO catcher place....If was sooo cool...haha you could get the attendents to open the machine a place the toy you like closer to the opening....my cousin was soooo captivated that she spent $20 trying to catch some soft toys but to no avail. However, we did not leave empty handed as there was a rich obasan who won so much stuff that she gave us loads of free chocolates...Yay....

really cool picture of the Shinkansen (bullet train)...it was soooooooooo fast....IT was incredible!!!!!! If Singapore had this, it would almost be as fast as Apparating....considering how small Spore is. 





OKie, this is one of the most interesting thing i did on the tour. i queued up to drink water...haha not just any water but apparently the water comes from the top of the mountain and flows downohill and has not stopped from like a really really long time....hundreds of years? There are 3 sprouts of water of which you can only chose to drink from one....Love, Intelligence or Health(or was that Wealth) haha I chose ...oh well those who know me well would know....i'm still waiting to see if it works 





Kyoto!!!! Of all the uniforms, i like the black one on guys best...Think it makes them look so smart but not nerdy cuz their hair rocks....and actually, the beng look is quite easy to pull off with this kind of uniform too.....hee the boy on the left in uniform looks quite cute....hrmmmm
